Notes
- In case you request to return the product and retrieve its value without any reason, the delivery cost will be calculated as shown in the table above.
- In case you made cash payments for orders that reached (2500 L.E) or less, an amount of (5 L.E) shall be calculated as a cash fee. Except for the North Coast region, 20 L.E will be added.
- In case you made cash payments for orders that exceed 2,500 L.E, (0.5%) will be calculated from the total amount due.
- In case of payment by credit card, the amount will be returned to the card account directly, with deduction of the necessary bank fees.
Conditions and requirements of the return policy
- Bernasos.com offers you a 30-day period from the date you receive any commodity to return an order.
- You can use the return request by calling customer service or emailing us within 30 days only after reception.
Return process requirements
- The product must be in its condition.
- The product must not be used.
- The product or the products’ packaging must not be defaced or ruined.
- The package must be as it arrived to you in its original condition.
- In case you received damaged, invalid or different order, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Return process requirements
- The purchase must be proven by providing us with your order information (order number, invoice, address ... etc.).
- Choose the method of refunding that suits you, and provide any additional information resulting from that, such as: ID number in the case of cashback).
- Contact Bernasos customer service within 24 hours in case you receive a damaged or incomplete product during the shipping process. In this case, all products will be returned in addition to the free gifts attached. If not all products are returned, the return will be rejected.
- Bernasos' team will check the product to be returned. If it appears that there are no damages resulting from misuse as described in the terms of the return process, the value of the product will be refunded in the appropriate manner for you. A response will be made within a maximum period of 3-7 days from the competent team receiving the returned product.
- If Bernasos' team finds during the checking process that the product to be returned is free of the reason/s mentioned in your order, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
- If the item is damaged, does not work properly, or does not even match the product you ordered, you will be refunded the price of the item in addition to the shipping cost that you paid upon purchase.
- After the 30 days have passed, we will not be able to accept returns.

- We will arrange an appointment to receive the item/s to be returned within 3 days of receiving your notice.
- You will be attempted to receive the item twice on two different days. If we are unable to receive the item within the specified dates, we will cancel the return request.
- Bernasus team will keep you informed via phone, SMS or email about the status of product recall.
